What we collect, and why.
This page describes, plainly, the information this website collects and how it’s used. It’s a straightforward account of our current practice rather than a formal legal document.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, apply for membership, or subscribe to updates, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, and any message or details you add (for membership, also your country and the membership category you select). We use this only to respond to you, process your application, or send the updates you signed up for.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. This site doesn’t run third-party analytics or advertising trackers — we don’t currently use tools like Google Analytics or ad pixels.
Cookies
The public site doesn’t set cookies to track visitors. The only cookie in use is a session cookie for staff signing in to the admin panel, which isn’t used for anyone browsing the public site.
Newsletter
Subscribing to updates stores your email address so we can send them. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing info@adeforum.org.
